1. Your agreement with Vadyu
These terms apply to your use of Vadyu at vadyu.com, including our AI video generation tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Vadyu for a business or another organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to bypass usage limits or impersonate another person.
3. Your uploads and generated videos
You retain your rights in the photos, prompts, logos, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload that material and use it in generated videos, including permission from people whose likeness, image, or voice you use. Do not misrepresent someone’s identity, consent, experience, or endorsement.
You give Vadyu permission to host, copy, process, and transmit your submissions, and to create and deliver generated videos, as needed to operate the service. This includes processing by service providers supporting generation and storage. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to Vadyu.
As between you and Vadyu, Vadyu does not claim ownership of your generated videos. You may use them for your business or other lawful purposes, subject to rights held by others and applicable law. We do not guarantee that an AI output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights; other users may receive similar outputs.
4. Review outputs before using them
AI generation can change product details, labels, people, text, audio, or claims. Automated product fidelity and advertising checks can miss problems or report incorrect results. Some videos may be delivered with an unchecked or unverified status. A passed check is not a guarantee of accuracy, legal compliance, or approval by Meta, TikTok, or another platform.
Review each video before publishing. You are responsible for your advertising claims, required disclosures, permissions, and compliance with the rules of the platforms where you publish. Do not present synthetic people or generated statements as real customer testimonials or endorsements.
5. Plans and render allowances
Vadyu currently offers one free anonymous preview render, subject to device and network limits, and three free renders per calendar month for registered accounts. Paid monthly plans are Starter at $99 with 50 renders, Growth at $299 with 200 renders, and Agency at $799 with 750 renders. Prices are in US dollars.
Usage is metered in renders. An ad with several shots can use several renders; advertised ad counts are based on the corresponding render allowance. Monthly render allowances currently reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC, which may differ from your subscription renewal date. Unused renders do not carry forward.
Pending generation reserves allowance. A job marked failed restores its reserved render allowance; this is a usage credit restoration, not a refund of a payment. Separate attempt limits can restrict repeated free attempts, including failed attempts, even when unused renders remain. Generation time and availability can vary.
6. Payments and automatic renewal
The amount and billing terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that automatically renew until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your selected payment method for the stated subscription amount and any taxes disclosed at checkout.
Our embedded checkout collects payment for the first 30 days upfront, followed by recurring monthly billing when that prepaid period ends. Follow the billing details shown in your checkout and payment confirmation. Payments are processed through Stripe.
We will notify you before a change to your recurring price takes effect so you can cancel before being charged the new amount. Payment failures or an inactive subscription can interrupt paid access. If you paid but access has not activated, contact us so we can reconcile the payment.
7. Cancellation and billing questions
To request cancellation of renewal, email hello@vadyu.com with the email address on your Vadyu account and a request to cancel. Please send your request before your next renewal and ask us to confirm the cancellation and access end date. There is currently no self-service cancellation portal in the Vadyu dashboard.
For a refund request, an incorrect charge, or another billing concern, email hello@vadyu.com with your account email and payment details, excluding full card numbers. We will review your request and any rights that apply under consumer law. These terms do not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or payment dispute rights you have under applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Vadyu for illegal content or activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual intimate content, exploitation of children, threats, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass safety or usage controls, attack the service, access another user’s files or account, or interfere with our infrastructure or providers.
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe an account restriction was made in error.
9. Availability and your legal rights
We work to provide a usable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, a particular generation result, or that automated checks will detect every issue. Keep your own copies of material and downloaded videos you need. Features may change as the service develops.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you have a concern about the service, contact us so we can work to resolve it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect, including changes affecting existing subscriptions. If you do not agree to updated terms, you can stop using the service and request cancellation of your subscription.
